Thanks for your response. That sort of attitude is the exact thing I’m speaking out about in the review. The view you have only accounts for a certain portion of people, and you clearly believe that the way you’ve gotten where you are is the only way there. My view accounts for those who are left behind. There is nothing wrong with the way you see things, however the status quo doesn’t work for everyone. My continued success is proof that the current status quo barriers aren’t the only way ahead in this field.

We all have a choice in the end. We can maintain the status quo, because if you had to do it, then so should everyone else. Or we can do what I’ve done my entire life and try to make things better for those who come after us. I know which way I’m going. I challenge you to ask yourself the same.
