eLearn wants to train people to be penetration testers, and just has a completely different methodology. Offensive Security suggests the same, but I didn't see any training value from my experience with them. The things I did to prepare for the OSCP exam I could have done without the PWK, and could have simply taken their check the box exam without spending $1,350 to do it.
